Have you forgotten the true meaning of Christmas?

Christmas is an apostatized celebration of Christ. But people are too interested in what they get out of christmas and rather indulge in the festivity then really care about the sham Christmas is and how it is an insult to the name of Jesus Christ.

But people don't care they use the name of Christ to justify their indulgences but really since they now know the truth they rather ignore it.

Encyclopedia of Religion and Ethics: “Most of the Christmas customs are not genuine Christian customs, but heathen customs which have been absorbed or tolerated by the Church. . . . The Christmas feast has inherited these customs chiefly from two sources—from Roman and from Teutonic paganism.” Some customs even come from ancient Babylon.

In Russia I went to all-night mass with my family. I am 14 years old and that is how I know.

How do you know?Have you forgotten the true meaning of Christmas?
no, as long as you give me a present !

to make my point: christmas is commercialized BS, that's why I hate this time of year.

Why can't we all Love each other all year, instead of just around christmas time.

all the biggest wrong about it, is that Jesus wasn't born on 12/25 !

Happy HolidazeHave you forgotten the true meaning of Christmas?
I have never forgotten the true meaning of Christmas and I have noticed more today than before that more and more people do not know the true meaning of Christmas. Make your own personal survey out in public and stop anyone and ask them to describe with one word what Christmas is.
No only are the customs lifted from druid and pagan customs, it is highly unlikely that your savior was even born in december. Many of the bible scholars place the christs birth in march or april based on where the stars were in the sky in the old texts.
blah blah... seriously, who cares? who CARES ? christmas is now the ocassion to party and enjoy ! c'mon. dont make it official and goody goody .... maybe the old people will go church... rock on christmas. err merry christmas by the way.
Christmas = ham, lights, songs, eating too much, snow, family, presents, happiness
