either she doesn't believe you can draw a perfect circle, or that she meant, no one is that ';mentally perfect to physically by hand without any instruments draw an exact circle, mathematically perfect in defn''; but if you can-- you're genius* crazy , or she said with a mild smile--which means she's jokin around with you, and she meant it mildly without a serious solid meaning ^^
i don't know, but years ago i worked for a sheriffs office and we had a guy who shot and killed 4 people, he made a little history look him up Claude Eugene Dennis from OK, anyway he drew me a picture of an eight point buck, standing sort of reared up on a rock, standing in the moon light. The moon was perfectly round. All he had were colored pencils and typing paper, i asked him about it, he smiled and said ';steady hand';. A little scary but the picture is beautiful.
