it is a sign of growth, this is called growing pains, your legs need to get used to the new weight. However, you may be hurting them someother way with something as little as sleepingin the wrong positionIs it true when your legs and thighs hurt it means your growing?
my wife's thighs are growing....horizontallyIs it true when your legs and thighs hurt it means your growing?
It may, but many things can cause leg pain. If it persists, discuss it with your parents as a doctor may need to examine you.
That is not the only reason you could have sore legs and thighs. You could also get pain from working out and being dehydrated.
I don't believe your legs and thighs should hurt just because you're growing. Most likely you're short on some mineral.
If you can find a holistic doctor in your area, that's what I would do. Go to ACAM.org that's the American College of Advanced Medicine, you should be able to find a doctor who will treat all of you, not just this symptom or that.
My son had sore knees when he was four years old, and I was told that was just growing pains, now I read that he was minarally defecient.
Good luck
