Is it true that easy menstrual cramps means easy contractions during labor and delivery?

I don't think so. I never had awful cramps during my period, but I had some whoppers of contractions!!Is it true that easy menstrual cramps means easy contractions during labor and delivery?

NO!!!!! for others maybe but me no. I dont really have period cramps. I mean I have enough to let me know hear comes aunt flow, just enough to annoy me but nothing painful. But my labor with my second baby was painful. My first child I didnt feel anything but pressure and thought I was having Braxton Hicks, but was in active labor. My body must have fell asleep or something because it sure didnt go down that way with #2.
well it all depends i guess. With my son it was all back labor and with my daughter all front lower labor. Every Labor is different. Ive always had really bad PMS cramps before i had my babies and when i gave birth too my son it was really hard but when i had my daughter it was harder!
