Your friend is totally misinformed, Bubba! You have at least 5 more years of puberty left with the possibility of additional growth during that time. Anything is possible - but no guarantee's. It is all in God's plan - NOT yours! There are no quick fixes nor magic potions to hurry things along. Each person must wait their turn to complete development - and you are no exception. Everything will happen in due time - and NOT before.
no not really. it all depends on your nationality, I know some guys who do not have any hair on their legs and some who are loaded with hair
