Christians are not afraid of your belief in Allah. There is but one Creator and what you name him is immaterial. Christians (and others) fear radical terrorism which seems to usually be associated with Islam of late.
The were indoctrinated by their parents just as you were probably indoctrinated by your parents. When it comes down to it you are both worshipping the entity you believe created the universe. The details are unimportant.

The dictionary definition of a monotheistic God is sufficient for everyone. Even the Trinity is based upon that foundation. There are no exceptions or additions. Period.

First, please give proof that your Quran is holy and Mohammed was a prophet.


Once you start searching for it, you will yourself realise your mistake and stop believing in the false prophet.


There is just no reason for Christians to believe in a false and fabricated book which, at best, is just a bundle of lies. It has been copied from the teaching of Christ but twisted to suit some unscruplous persons. The less said about Mohammed, the better.

It's just plain ignorance. Allah is an Arabic name. Most Christians are not Arab. So it would be a little difficult to really believe they have the same meaning. People have to understand that the meaning is what we want. The name points to something else. So we see a sign that says stop. We wont say cool that sign says (S-T-O-P) and go on driving. So if the word said stop,halt, or just a red light, we know what the meaning is.





So we are after God-- not just his name. So as a Muslim, its not really important that Christians believe that Allah and God are synonyms. It definitely won't come by trying to debate with them. ( im not implying that you do -- but i know some people that do)

I admit to have been felt flattered reading the Koran. This is because it flatters the self-righteousness of the reader. This is not something the true God does in His real Holy Scripture.





'Allah' was originally an idol worshipped in the Meccan pantheon. Mohammed co-opted the name for his monotheistic God concept, perhaps 'Allah' was the god the strong Quaraish tribe worshipped. There were Jews there but there would be no way they would allow their God, Jahweh, to be represented by an idol in the Kaaba.





Mohammed claimed his authority was an angel. How do you know that angel really was Gabriel ? Angels of God for sure would not deny Jesus death on the cross, nor would they teach that Jesus' mother Mary was a sister of Aaron, who lived 1500 years earlier, nor that Haman (from the book of Esther) was minister of Pharoah (from Genesis), nor that the Trinity was Jesus, God the Father and Mary.
Muslims might have a ';name of God'; argument IF Islam had been founded during Abraham's day.





Muslims have no credibility here as it relates to the Old Testament and New Testament simply because 99.999% of the Koran flies in the face of previous revelation and it totally denies the sacrificial death of Christ AND the resurrection.





Jesus, NOT Mohammed, was the last formal prophet.





Questions to Muslims; why do you hate ';the people of the book'; and why do you deny the death and resurrection of Jesus?
